History of Coffee
The smoke rising from the cup and the great smell that spreads to the environment, the inexplicable feeling that you feel in your mouth in the first sip, the energy spreading to your cells A taste that will be remembered for 40 years as the Turkish proverb says, yes we are talking about coffee.
Everything came from the attention of a shepherd named Kaldi. According to legend, in Ethiopia, goats were more energetic after eating some fruits and did not even want to sleep at night. Kaldi also experienced the same fruits. Kaldi was delighted by his sense of happiness and power.
Kaldi shared the mysterious fruit he collected with his monk friends. Because of the bitter taste, the monks threw what remained in their hands into the fire. The coffee beans that came together with the fire spread the wonderful smell that we know. With the aroma roasting the beans into the monks, they brewed a beverage and the coffee we could not give up was revealed.
With the energy and happiness of coffee, the monks who woke up all night and worship God more described it as a gift from God.
